Lily has been the best insurance agent that has become a friend who listens to my family’s needs! I can easily trust her when reviewing so many confusing coverages! I tell her what I am looking for, for myself and my family and she’ll call me a million times a week until we can agree on a policy! If I have any questions throughout the year about my insurance, she answers all of my calls and always has an answer (even if it means a call back). When it’s time for the renewal, she’s done her homework before we speak. As a loving mother that she is, she understands and is compassionate when looking for insurance for my family! I will continue to recommend Golden Trust and Lily because it’s more than just a sales transaction! It’s an understanding human being that makes a stressful situation very easy!
